           William B. Shimer, Chief Industrial Engineer, a graduate electrical engineer from Purdue University, has been with Chrysler Corporation 12 years. He has been tool engineer at Plymouth division, and assistant master mechanic, master mechanic and chief industrial engineer of DeSoto Division. During the war, he was master mechanic on Chrysler's B-26 airplane assembly project.

           Lionel H. Bell, Production Control Manager, has been with Chrysler Corporation 25 years. Bell began his career as a stock chaser in the Jefferson plant, later became contact man for the service department, follow-up man in planning department, and supervisor of follow-up. In 1951, he became assistant superintendent of planning at the Chrysler Engine Plant in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1953 assistant general materials supervisor and then superintendent of planning at the Jefferson plant.

            Herbert E. Smith, Resident. Engineer, joined Chrysler Corporation nine years ago after graduating as a mechanical engineer from University of Michigan. After two years as a student engineer at Chrysler Institute of Engineering, Smith joined the Chrysler Division engineering group at the Chrysler Jefferson plant, and later became staff quality engineer.

             Raymond E. Hewlett, Manufacturing Engineer, has been with Chrysler Corporation since 1933, when he started as a design engineer. In 1937, he became assistant chief tool engineer at the Kercheval body plant. During the
