Rock-solid/no-rust car. One family until 2012; well-kept and cared for by the second owner who has since replaced the steering box, rebuilt the OEM radio, restored the gauge cluster and even gathered a few extra parts (parts catalogs, trim, hubcap, etc.) Usual load of power options, plus windows and seat (all work well). Owner selling because career dictates a move and sadly the Imperial can't come along. This car is driven quite often and used just as it would have been when new. Garage-kept, but certainly not a garage-queen.

Asking price is $20,000 Equally comfortable at a show or on the highway, click the link and let the photos do the talking...

1981 Imperial currently for sale on eBay. This car only has 22,500 miles and it shows. The car has been converted to carburetor due to the factory problems with the EFI. With that said, it runs amazing. The exterior of the car is in very good condition. Original paint is showing some signs of being 33 years old and there is a couple small spots of surface rust, one behind the right rear wheel and one very small spot by the gas cover. The interior of the car is immaculate. Not a crack or tear in the beautiful red leather seats. This car is like driving a lazy boy down the road. The car has the original window sticker from the dealership in the glove box and was purchased new for $19,700 in 1981. Beautiful deep Sequoia Green exterior (frequently mistaken as black in most lighting). Rich supple white leather interior. Near new white convertible top: works perfectly. Sale includes the hard to replace fiberglass covers for the top when down (parade boots). As for looks, the car is striking. Attracts lots of attention as there never were a lot of these to be seen; only 922 ever built in 1964. There are no cracks in the dash. The upholstry needs nothing. As for ride, it is luxurious. Doesn't have the rattles, shakes, or vibrations of lessor quailty cars for the same year. You can feel the quality. It has all the luxuries one would expect for that year: power windows, power seats (two 4-way seats), original factor AM/FM working radio, air conditioning, and the list goes on. All the amenities work as they should. The A/C has not been charged of late. Mechanically, it is sound. 413 ci v8 engine. No rust or rust repairs. The car is driven weekly. I am advised by diehard Imperial enthusiasts that this is as close to original condtion as one could expect to find after 50 years of being loved. Lots of maintenance has been done, but I won't bore you here. Just know that you can get in a drive without concern. Call 916-599-3677 $26,500 OBO Located near Sacramento, CA

81 Imperial, An honest original survivor car, white exterior with brown leather interior. First lets start with the bad; Minor (less than quarter size) rust spots in places, a few dings and scratches, an easy 20 footer in the exterior looks, seats are torn at the seat bottoms, broken power antenna mast. Could use new shocks Thats it. Now the good: All original under the hood, fully functional original EFI, this is a daily driver, currently at 88,000 miles and counting. New Firestone tires, Everything works, headlight doors, A/C, cruise, rear defroster, power seats, mirrors, and windows, factory am/fm cassette. I replaced the headliner and associated fabrics, nice dash and carpet, fully functional dash electronics. New exhaust, under the hood has been completely gone through, new fuel pump, EFI works properly as it should, new speedometer sending unit. I'm an electrical engineer and this EFI Imperial has been a cool Mopar retro-tronics project. But I want to sell in order to finance my 63 New Yorker wagon project. I have thousands in quality parts an sweat equity in this ride, but its time to move on. These cars don't sell for near what they're worth considering how rare they are. Mine is all original and functional survivor. I need to sell this car, $1500

1973 Imperial LeBaron 4 door hardtop with 96,XXX original ONE OWNER miles. We have owned this rust free car since new and it has always been stored in a garage or carport since new. Nearly all options offered in 1973 and is an original survivor in unmolested/unmodified condition. We did add a factory dual exhaust system with the factory resonator and tip. The color is the same as in the 1973 brochure centerfold which is a brown/copper color with crème vinyl roof and matching leather interior. Never wrecked, original paint with normal cosmetics. I would consider the exterior above average 6-7 out of 10 and the original leather interior/carpet an 8 out of 10. 440 engine is silk smooth, no leaks or engine noises. Recent tune, thermo-quad carburetor rebuild and ignition module. Transmission works and shifts flawlessly. Autotemp/AC system and gas gauge do not work and has small power steering leak when not driven. Everything else in working condition. Still drives and rides smooth and gets driven once a month or so. We have original title, bill of sale documentation, repair receipts, and 1973 Imperial brochure. Location is near SeaTac airport Seattle, Wahington. Asking $6500 I can email picture file on request

I have an extremely rare 1967 Crown convertible that was sold in Italy. I am sure it is worth every penney of 20k. I want to sell because I had no idea at all that it is a 4 passenger land yacht. My son adopted 2 kids so my 4 grandchildren can not ride together in the car. I could drill holes and add belts but I hate to drill a perfect original floor. I am willing to trade for a six passenger convertible like a 4 door lincoln or a cadillac eldorado or any other large convertible of similar value. 985-688-4684

We are retiring and selling some of our cars including this 1981 Imperial. We purchased it in California (Central Valley) and eventually brought it back to North Carolina. It is Morocco Red with red leather interior. The car still has its original EFI that functions well. Air conditioning has been converted to R134a. Car has the wire wheel cover option with the Imperial center caps. Car comes with the original floor mats and a second set of red floor mats. Car comes with AM/FM/CB with fixed antenna. Car was repainted in original color in 2009 with matching gold pinstripe. Many things have been restored on this car inside and out. Crystals are in place on the hood ornament, opera lights, and steering wheel. Car has been completely gone through and serviced over the last several years. Car also comes with a spare re-manufactured fuel injection control plate and a spare ECU. Car also comes with a set of service manuals the body/chassis manual as well as the driveability manual. NADA has them listed from worst to first at $2500-$6500 I can set a high price and negotiate with you ( which I'm pretty good at) Or ask an honest fair price, $2000 I have tons of photos available I can send to your email when requested.

I am asking $7500.00 but will consider offers. I have owned it since 2006 and find I am not using it enough. I have a 1973 Charger and a 1970 Dodge Polara convertible + 2 Mustangs so I am reducing the inventory

Mileage unknown as odometer dose not work along with fuel gage . Fuel injection replaced with Carter 2 barrel runs well and fuel consumption not bad. Complete A/C system replaced along with heater core, but problem with vacuum lines. This 31 year old is not flawless but it does make a very nice daily driver. Well now. I have two Imperials; a 1981 and a 1982. One I bought that did not run, the beige one, but we converter to carb and it is an excellent runner that needs new paint. New tires and great leather inside. Headliner needs replaced, of course. The other was my brother's car, and it is dark brown with brown leather. Again, needs paint, but a totally original car with minimal rust. Has sat for quite a while, but I fired it with a little gas in the intake. I know nothing about the fuel injection and have read some really bad laments about it. Both cars stored inside, and it is best to come look and decide for yourself. You can buy these cars so reasonably that if you are in Imperial nut, you will know what I am talking about. I just don't have time for these two, and my pair of 51's. I will even trade if you have something I like. Call: 270 886 7933 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Oh, thanks for looking! ron

Funny, but I must have priced these two cars way too low, and the result was that anyone who looked at the ad probably thought that they could not be very good cars to restore. One is the two door hardtop and the other is the quite rare 51 two door coupe. The hardtop has floor rust, and I have the replacement pieces. The bodies are amazing. Western cars, both. Sure, they need interior work, paint and what else? Sixty years is a long time, and things get worse with time. They are complete cars, and the coupe runs. I am sure the hardtop could be made to run without too much effort. Some people like the newer models, but these are old and rare and deserve to be restored. Call me if you are interested. Ron 270 886 7933 and thanks for looking.

This is a rare car and quite a stunning deisgn and very attractive with long strong horizontal character lines. It is powered by a 440 4 bbl and will get up and go if asked, although it is most enjoyable on the boulevard showing off its leather interior with velvet inserts. Tilt and Telescopic steering, a covered compartment for the radio. The doors and dashboard are finished in walnut (which needs refinishing). It is enjoyable to drive this 5,000 pound, 19'6" cruiser and yes, it loves gas too! This rare convertible has had a new paint job but still needs restoration. The paint is new and adequate, but not concours level. There is new carpet, but the interior needs attention - some trim parts missing, some walnut inserts need restoration. Car runs, top goes up and down, electric windows work. Needs new top - currently doesn't close all the way. Tires are fine, all hub caps and trim is there. This car runs and drives fine but needs a thorough go through - maybe not a restoration, but there are a number of items that need attention, especially in the interior. All parts are believed to be present. The mileage is believed to be accurate, but accuracy is unknown. Needs new battery, probably a brake job. There are no titles in New Hampshire for cars older than 25 years so you will get a bill of sale only. eBay makes you put something in the title category, but I do not have a title. If you're going to do a real restoration on this beauty, you can expect a retail value in the 30's or 40's depending on how much work you do. I am also selling a package of Imperial Parts concurrently with this car sale which you may find useful in a complete restoration. I am also selling low mileage Imperial Coupe if you really want to start a collection. 105,305 Miles on odometer Functioning convertible roof mechanism Rust all throughout trunk Brakes need attention Parts included Driver side door trim Spare tire hub cap Arm rest

The low mileage has to be correct - the seat belts in the rear are still in their plastic protective covers. The trunk looks brand new, although there is no spare. Hello fellow club members, I am in the process of moving (downsizing) and would like to sell my convertibles. I have 2 1965 Imperial convertibles: 1. gold on gold with black top 2. blue on white. The gold Imperial is solid and a strong runner, from California and purchased 4 years ago. It has a history associating it with Fox Studios. The blue on white was purchased as a parts car out of Virginia, but she is all there and could be restored if someone wanted to. I would like to sell both cars together along with all of the extra parts and pieces I have accumulated. I will consider all reasonable offers, but would like to make sure they go to a good home!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are located in central Virginia. Thank you for your interest. 1993 Chrysler Imperial - Time to sell . . . I want this car to go to another Imperial enthusiast. I don't have the time or space for it anymore. Gunmetal Grey with Red cloth interior. Runs great, no oil leaks, transmission is sound. 139K miles showing on odometer but actual miles less. Some small dings and have had to park it outside for the past couple of years, so the rust is starting. Pictures available via e-mail. This would make a great parts car at only $1,000 OBO.

Bay City, MI - Chrysler Imperial Crown 4 Door!! Partially restored interior! Seats, door panels, headliner, and carpet including inside trunk all new and in great condition. Runs good, no smoke. New in 2013: Tires, Rally Wheels, Battery, Rebuilt Power Brake Booster, New Upper Control Arm Bushings! Transmission good. Power steering recently rebuilt. New gas tank. Body good, straight, no dents, no rust. Car was originally white but was repainted satin black at some point. All chrome is in good condition with some pitting. Power locks work with exception of one door. Power windows all work "most" of the time, however they are sometimes stubborn. Heater/AC controls are "frozen" (will not push in), they may just need to be lubricated. I am not a certified mechanic by any definition and am only speaking on what I've experienced with the car. Car is NOT show quality but is a nice daily driver. It seriously drives beautifully, can be steered with one finger on the wheel. Being sold "AS IS". Please ask questions if you have any concerns!!! MOTIVATED SELLER: Buying house and need cash fast! Will consider all offers! Thanks!

I have a 73' Imperial for sale, asking $4000 or best offer. I've owned it for three years. 90,000 original miles. It runs, just needs the battery charged. Did get some water in it last summer after a very fast rising flood. I tore the carpet out so it only has surface rust on the floor. About a six inch spot of rust on the passenger side rear quarter panel along the very bottom. The heater control unit needed rebuilt when i bought it but i do still have it. Email me for any more info and i will get back to you as soon as i can.

It is missing the front grill , bumper, and the rear seat. Everything else is there and works. All gauges are there. Dash is cracked up the middle. It is not pretty but is not all rusted out . It even has the hubcaps. I have no title for it but I have had the car for six years. The car is in Nashville Tn. $600 firm as the motor is worth that and that is the scrap price. This Imperial came from the Henry Blair collection in Atlanta, and was originally a southern car. I have totally rebuilt the engine and drive line. All the features and options work on this car. I belong to the Chrysler 300 Club and drive this car to all the club meets. I have many spare parts that I have accumulated over the years, that would go with the car at no addition cost. The engine has a new steel crank with aluminum heads, a special Hughes cam and rocker arms, custom fabricated .030 over diamond pistons all installed to improve its mileage and drive ability with todays fuels. I did not build this car to drag race and wanted it to appear as stock. The car has all new ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bar links, and every bushing in the front has been replaced. The frame was coated in 2 part epoxy and firewall was painted in the original Sahara Beige, The engine bay was detailed when the engine was out for rebuilding, A new dash pad is installed. I have replaced all the roof rail weatherstips and have removed and resealed the back and front glass. New brown cut pile carpets have been fitted in place of the original open weave, with optional matching carpeted floor mats. The steering box has been rebuilt by Firm Feel in WA to their number one setting. The castor and camber have been adjusted, this allows the car to handle like a modern vehicle with very positive road feel, unlike the stock over boosted power steering, people state to me that it is a pleasure to drive. I have added a rear sway bar and new KYB shocks to all four corners. I have a lot more information and details if you are interested and want more information. I am located in Rochester NY. I have recently acquired another Chrysler 300 that will replace the Imperial as my go the meet car and that is the reason why I am selling the Imperial. Currently the car is in winter storage. I am asking 5500 and have more than that into it, the bumper plating alone was 2200 at Cambridge Custom Chrome, not to mention the costs of the engine rebuild, so I think it if a fair price. I want this car to go to a good home. I will not sell this car to someone who just wants to sell the engine separate and then destroy the body.

NADA has them listed from worst to first at $2500-$6500 I can set a high price and negotiate with you ( which I'm pretty good at) Or ask an honest fair price, $2800 and you can have a nice rig to drive to the Chryslers show at Carlisle in July I have tons of photos available I can send to your email when requested.

I bought this 64 Chrysler Crown Imperial in 1982 in Palo Alto California. I was told it had been Barry Goldwater's campaign car for the 64 Republican National Convention. I do not know if this is true but the broadcast sheet did list "1964 Republican National Convention San Francisco California" for the delivery destination, rather than a dealership. I have since misplaced said broadcast sheet so I ordered a copy from Chrysler. Unfortunately the copy, taken from microfilm, has the delivery destination blank. The car last ran in 1996 but with no reverse. It has since been parked in the New Mexico desert near Albuquerque. The car while solid will require restoration. The body is rust free, with some earlier minor body repairs starting to appear. The interior is sun baked and all foam in the seats is turning to dust. The drivers seat has worn through and the carpet is shot in front of the driver's seat. The upholstery is green, covered with zebra seat covers, faded to green. The headliner has one seam that has come loose. The engine is a 413 and the differential is sure-grip. The car has air conditioning. The transmission is a 727 automatic with pushbutton selector, that last year it appeared. The radio has automatic station seeking. Windows, doorlocks, radio antenna and seats are all electrically activated. Own this classic luxury car from the golden age of large powerful and comfortable road machines.

I have a banana boat colored 1959 4 door hardtop for sale. Original miles less than 5,000, original engine, interior. Started restoring the interior when life happened and had to move it because vandals cut all the wiring under hood and dash. I left it in California when I moved out east. Property where it is stored is up for sale and I must remove it ASP. It ran like a champ until wires were cut and battery taken. Has been exposed to the weather for the past couple of years. The trim of interior is with it but I never replaced the material therefore never got around to putting trim back on. Needs tires also they hold air but old. Will be out in California this summer would love to see it go to a good home. Please call if interested all options will be considered. You devote love of labor and material and we sell it for more is also an option. Sorry no pictures at this time, will add to posting when I take some recent ones.
